July 10th, 2010 <3
I had a great start by after staying up late due to coffee till 2:00am I woke up and got to the gym by 9:30 (first stopping by robeks for a SMALL raspberry romance) I did the warm up bike for 7 minutes on the intermediate level then power walked on the treadmill for 10 minutes. I of course, would have stayed longer but my Body Flow class started at 10:05. I stayed the whole time, stretched and strengthened. I went straight home, showered, then prepared a packet of original quaker oatmeal with a few blueberries, almonds and a tsp of honey. I took a step backwards by smoking with my two good friends who stopped by making me obtain the munchies. I then was awful and had a peanut butter and marshmallow sandwich, followed by two stupid graham cracker/chocolate sandwich. (We clearly had way to much smores supplies) After sobering up a bit we went to a small get together for a friend and I had mostly fruit and pasta salad, not much of either. I stayed away from the desserts! I came home and cracked open a root beer. ANOTHER stupid mistake.
Oh well, the fact I went to the gym is a win regardless. I’ll probably make something small for dinner or not eat at all to compensate for the insane amount of gross carbs I consumed. Until tomorrow!
